We undertake routine maintenance tasks, such as repositioning of sockets, replacing light fittings and upgrading lighting controls & switch fronts. We also complete “planned works”, these include:

• full or partial rewires
• consumer unit upgrades
• new wiring installations for new build properties.

We also offer fault finding, from lights not working to nuisance tripping. We keep a stock of the most commonly used electrical accessories, to facilitate a fast resolution to issues. We always aim for a “first time fix”, rectifying the source of the problem at the time of inspection.

We are the primary point of contact for electrical maintenance and repairs for a number of Councils and Housing Associations in and around London.
